Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late Arrival / No-Show: If you do not join within 10 minutes, it is considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds: All bookings are final. Rescheduling after the 24-hour window requires a new booking. Recording: Sessions are not recorded by Heather. If you record for personal reference, obtain consent and follow local laws.
